Loyel engaged the national dialogues among women, coastal and deep sea fishers as well as among inland fishers organized by NAFSO. Loyel knows the importance of implementation of VGSSF and took part the drafting of hand book prepared by NAFSO. THE HAND BOOK WAS LAUNCHED ON VGSSF at the WFD celebrations.At the launching speech Loyel said " We are far ahead of any of the agency. We translated the VGSSF Into Sinhala and Tamil languages for ready reference of fisher people. They can use this now in the policy dialogues as the content is relevant sustain fishing communities." added Loyel Peiris.
