Newly elecyed Maitri government cabinet had decoded t release 340 acres of lannd wch was grabbed by previous regimd. Afyer 6 months gone the telrvant authorigirs have not taken any progressive step to execute the cabinet decision. Nor politician involve to settle the dispute.
On 15th July Paanama people fevide to go to their land and occupy them. Police District secretary, Divisional sevrtaty and Revional council chaifperson prevent people entet into the land with hovong their reasons.

* No legaly retirn.the land from the Presidential secretariat
* No land demarkated and separated,
* Not identified right persons
So people decided to lisyen to tjem and solve the issue peacefully.
Now till November the land has not been given back to people.
Now the letters from presidential secretariat has been given
* List of people identified
* 25 acre land separated from 340 acre land.
* People are ready to find surveyrrs and will pay their expenses.
So what would be the next steps to get the land back?
There is no other way. People will occupy thdir land by end of this month unless authorities take necessary steps to hand over land legally.
