Weldone STA! Women Headed Family members comended the work done

The materials for livelihood asistance were distributed among 35 women today at Batticoloa.  The STA organization at Batticoloa has organized the work among 35 women headed families in the area of Vakarei to Kallar in Batticoloa district.
Materials to build up livelihoods of fisheries, agriculture, small groceries, domestic industries and catering services were distributed through the support of CRIdF and Vin Vis programs.
The leader of women fisheries organization said, "We are happy to receive the assistance of livelihoods as one of the most mafginalized group to stand our own feet. We are thankful to STA and NAFSO for the work done on behalf of the most affected women."
The STA chairperson Kamaldhas said, "Our wish is those women who affected by war should self help and stay strong as citizen of Sri Lanka."
Iwas able to raise the awreness why and how we want to build up women's movement while bridging the gap and link men and women in North and South as NAFSO.
