How to apply ETO's in HR frame work?

We the participants of the Linking Social Struggles WS of FIAN attempting to learn and come up with common action how to apply the ETO frame work in the HR frame work, in particular ICESCR
process. Most of the NGO's, Social Movement leaders, Researchers, Trade Unionists etc. etc. related to small scale food producers are attempting to come up with understanding the way how TNC's make accountable  binding through the ETO's.
However, the importance is that the Social Movements in relation to Food Producer groups do not involve in this process as it should be due to various barriers and difficulties including capacity issues. 

However, TNC's have all political and structural backing and capacities to move forward as they have been operated in the coorporate set up.

What is our role as responsible citizens in the countries? After all we are HR defenders and capable of learn and respond creatively to make a difference. 

How do we see the rai negotiations at FAO in Rome at the moment when we see what is going on under corporations mediations in Geneva?

All HR treaties are recognize ETO's. In that context how do we handle the corporates their way of operating in this context.

How the States protect their citizens rights as their binding obligations.  Then how the citizens work to make their own States accountable is the million dollar question ahead of us.

However, we are not living in a world where HR are exercising it should be and respect the rights of all living organisms. This is our challenge ahead to think and act most creative way.
