R2L has all the right to celebrate this day as they engage the torture, violence and many more police and other harassment related to HR violations right through the year.
Recent Police torture incident in Kandeketiya, Badulla which R2L brought to the day light, would have forgotten by the country unless R2L intervened to that and brought to the media and HRC etc.
So, we congratulate to R2L for their mediation and the commemoration of World Torture Day at Olympic House, Colombo today.
