The two day session concluded 5 partners in N/E districts today at NAFSO.
The main aim was to assess the progress being made since January 2015 till today. The organizing process of the communities, the intervention on policy advocacy work, members involvement in representation in decision making structures on development, contribution to build social movement and more evaluated the success and any weak points of 5 organizations were discussed applying V&A tool.
The one of a success of the program was to introduction and apply V&A tool which gives self reflection over our own work. The team agreed to conduct self assessments applying newly introduced tool.
