The VEEDIYE VIRODAYA Western and North/ Western provincial teams met on Saturday(17) and Sunday(18) at two meetinhs held at Colombo and Negombo decided to engage education program on current dialogue on Geneva resolution. At The development plan prepared by the northern province fisher people's unity has been presented to the Parliamentarians today at Arunthathy hotel at Vavunia today. the same time there will be a program to engage awakening and drafting new constitution and to search and propose a solution for ethnic issue which we expect beyond 13th amendment.
The Prime Minister Ranil Wickramasinghe has told the Hindu news paper early this month that his govt. will ensure the adoption of new constitution by end of this year which we simply think impossible through genuine democratic process of people's participation.
The core team met in Sunday evening confirmed their consent to follow these subjects areas during coming months.
