MONLAR organized a multi stake holder forum on CSO Enabling environment & CSO Planning session in Colombo today.
Hundreds of CSO Leadership attended the session and eye opening session as many important aspects emerged to manage the CSOs.
. Do we practice democratically?
. Do we have transparent policies to enable our membership?
. Do we active within the environment to build up new leadership?
. What way we are accountable to our membership?
We need to address these issues once we operate in our organizations.
