At this significant historical moment , at the adoption of
the SSF Guidelines,we recognise and appreciate the contribution of dear
colleague and friend Chandrika Sharma.
For her lifelong

Fisherwomen.
Her personal networking and coordination skills in promoting
cooperation among fisher organisations
at all levels, including linkages with the FAO and other UN

at levels.
The opportunity to work with her has been an extremely
enriching experience.
Her sincerity, commitment, honesty and humility has left an
indelible mark on our lives and our work, and continues to be our source of
inspiration and motivation, in our efforts to strengthen and promote
