Vigneshwaran won't be a party to President's delegation to New Delhi on Monday celebration

Last evening NPC CM Mr. Vigneshwaran announced that he is not going to be a participant to the Sri Lankan delegation to India for the swearing in ceremony of Indian PM designate Narendra Modi. Media reported yesterday that President Rajapakse has invited to Vigneshwaran to be a member of his delegation to india.
Political analysts say this is a clear message from Tamil society that there is no reason to be part of the delegation of Srl Lanka as there is no such unity exists  between Tamils and Sinhalese in the country.
When the southern government celebrated the 5 years of war victory on 18th May in Matara the northern people were not allowed to do remembrance for their loved ones who departed them during the same war.
This created lot of tensions among Tamil population, specifically among Students in the universities. As a measure of prevention of commemoration of the war victims both Jaffna and Batticiloa universities were closed from 16-20 May.
So all these may have contributed to CMs decision.
However there is no information whether Modi has sent a separate invitation to TNA and to Vigneshwaran in particular to attend the Modi's swearing in ceremony.
