We are with the Paanama People until they settle in their lands: Media briefing of Panama people for Updates of Paanama Land Struggle

Paanam Pattu Protection Organization had convened a media briefing to update the current situation of their struggle.
Somasiri from PPPO attended and shared how the politicians and DS Lahugala create disturbances and unjustices to the people. "DS. Lahugala has sent a letter ordering to vacate our lands and handing over them to him. How this happen while Cabinet decision of 11 February is there, two times court orders to prove ownership of people.? Asked Somasiri.

We are with the Paanama people in this struggle. We will not give up the people's campaign until  the people settle in their lands. We will not allow to revert the cabinet decision, court ruling and Human Rights Council recommendations."This was my assurance to the people at the media briefing.
