Second step of Women leadership building program conducted at NAFSO today

The second step of the continuous women leadership program launched in February conducted today at NAFSO.
Most of the participants those who attended the inagural session attended today with interests.
At the self introductory session Rimalika, the secretary of the Sri Vimukthi Fisher Women Organization said, "I am just like a strong tree. I produce fruits to use others. So I am productive and self sacrifice.
The introductory session was eye opening as well as women engaged with very much interest.

The identification of skills, knowledge and attitudes of our women leaders possess is important to move forward towards the right direction. So the introductory session was very important to learn the inner abilities as well as weaknesses of women leaders.
