Thomas Kochery's 2nd Death Anniversary will be held at Kerala.

Fr. Thomas Kochchery, one of the founding member of WFFP globally as well as NFF in India, had left us on 3rd May 2 years ago. His friends in Kerala is commemorating his services to the society, to the fisher communities in India and also Globally in particular on 3rd May at Thiruananthapuram, India.
We are also joining hand in hand with them to commemorate Fr. Tom Kochchery on this day.
His services to world fisheries through WFFP is invaluable. He was a pioneer to the drafting Small Scale Fisheries Guidelines through the involvement of 4SSF Global Conference, which was held in Bangkok, Thailand in October, 2008 by FAO.
The WFFP, WFF, ICSF and IPC followed the discussions and major outcomes through Civil Society Process of the 4SSF global conference.
