To Whom We do not Vote in this General ELection

SAVISTRI Women Movement has taken some steps to Educate the Citizens when they select their members to the Parliament during the General Election 2015.
The Parliament is the country's legislative body and need educated and experienced individuals to formulate national plans, rules and regulations which take the country forward.
So, there should be right persons in the Parliament if we expect some positive changes in the country.
Out stand is: What ever the party you vote you give preferential votes to educated, no corrupt charges, no murder charges, no Ethanol import charges, no charges against resource grabbing.
