Somasiri of Paanama is sharing his victory in their Land Struggle!

Somasiri the leader of Paanama land struggle says "After the victory we began our struggle aggressively. Reason is that the 25 acres of land which is remaining to get release yet are the place where people had their shelters. How do we settle our people without houses?"
Attending the VGGT WS which was held in Negombo today Somasiri narrated his experiences in their struggle.

Now we had decided to continue our struggle. Mainly because we need land for future generations, added Somasiri.

But we continue this struggle till we get the rest of the 835 acres of land.
