The Core Committee meeting of Change with Reform program came up with strong decision that, we will come up with alternatives to the existing situation as a way of resistance building, bring all possible civil actors to work in a common platform, build up media attention on reform campaign which we want to publicize the campaign and idea of a civil resistance movement based on alternative proposals.

The program for submission of Reform proposals will be held on 26th November.
NAFSO and the other civil society groups will take the lead to bring all possible reform proposals including;
Constitutional Reforms, Devolution of power,
Rule of Law, Democracy, Torture, Militarization, Media,
Ethnic and Religious harmony,
Health, Education, Economic, Land reforms.
Agriculture, Fisheries, Plantations, Workers sectoral reforms
Gender and women in all aspects.

A two page document with bullet points will be prepared from each sector.
This will be based on the 10-15 page document already prepared for the synthesis paper on Reform agenda.
The condensed document will be submitted to political party leaders, media, religious leaders etc on 26th November.
This is the base to unite Civil Society Groups in the country in which we want to build up resistance movement.
We all need to work hard as we are working towards the World Fisheries Day, which will be held on 21st November.
