Why so Fear to NGOS?

The media briefing was organized to highlight the poster campaign against disappearance day commemoration and the stone attack to Brito Fernando's home on same day morning.
Dr.P. Saravanamuttu, Chinthaka Rajapakse, Brito Fernando and me attended the briefing from civil society while Sirithunge Jayasuriya and K. Gurupaean from political parties.
The emphasis was that government is responsible for the protection of all citizens and the responsibility to reveal the perpetrators and bring before the court is courts. No one can organize such campaign unless their work is challenge. So challenge againat disappearances is on government hence they are responsible to immediate investigation and bring them to the court. If this is not happen we accuse the government as responsible then.
Our demand is to conduct investigation immediarely and enforce the law.
