Will the VGGT address our land and fisheries issues around the country? This is what the northern civil society organizations raised at the work shop held today. As the VGGT is voluntary in nature, is there any space to raise the voice and advocate to get implement the required provisions in the VGGT?
Yes, it is clear whether it is voluntary or binding in nature without having people's voice nothing will be implemented. So it is people should decide how we voice out and get the thing done.
