"Rathgama Lagoon our environmental heritage: We join hand to save it" Says Dulip Rangajeewa, coordinator, Galle

The Youth Movement of NAFSO, the Y-MESOC met at Rathgama lagoon bank with the aim of strengthening the movement.
While organizing the youth camp Dulip Rangajeewa, the coordinator of Southern Fisheries Organization said, "Rathgama lagoon is our heritage. We want to appreciate the contribution to sustain our life and livelihoods. We need this knowledge as this is very important for our future too. We as youth need to take the leadership to protect our future."
The youth team got a field experience in Rathgama lagoon as the first step of the three day youth camp.
