The Walarpirei women district commity members attended on transtional justice education program with 19 womwn leaders at Mannar today.
Mr. Nilanthan served as the resource person a and Antony Jesudasan and Lavena Hasanthi played the facilitation role.
The women leaders were though they desperated with economic and growing security conerns again, they are hopeful to see justice to them and their children.
A woman who was prefered to be anonymous said,"we expected more than what the government is delivering today. Our hopes are fading away gradually. But we still continue with hope until we achieve justice and peace in our lives"
In this context we need to reflect our role we played and may be restarategized for future interventions with victimized people.
