Our women did not have any political analysis, any direction of thinking and dragging here and there in our lives. Because of Sri Vimukthi, our mother organization now we have a right thinking.
Kumari, the women leader at the 5th year anniversary of the Mariya Rajina small group shared her appreciation of the contribution of Sri Vimukthi for build up their lives.
The very dynamic women group in Sea Street has been functioning last 5 years and there are some strong women leadership emerged in the group such as Selvi and Rimalika.
The secretary of the Sri Vimukthi Organization, Rimalika Fernando said, "We are very much pleased to see the growth of the organization. Sea Plane struggle made us proud and strong. The Sri Vimukthi women emerged as national level organization and lot of people focus attention on us"
The leadership program we attend next week end will be a good opportunity for us. We do hope our women leaders engage the leadership program with much enthusiasm.
