Sandya Eknaligoda of Sri Lanka and Estelo Castilla got together at UN Human Rughts building at Geneva today at the "We Still Want the Truth" campaign.
Sandya Eknaligoda has been searching her husband Prageeth Eknaligoda since January, 2010. While attending the Committee against Torture (CaT) in November 2012, Mohan Peiris the former Chief Justice the then attorney general of GOSL said that "Eknaligoda has gone abroad and living out side of the country." However, when this was questioned at the court in 2013 he said, "I dont know anything and god only knows where Eknaligoda is".
Arundika Fernando, a MP of Puttlam district has expressed to media saying, "Manjula Wediwardana, exile journalist showed me Eknaligoda in a party at Paris." However, Manjula responded to the media saying he did not told such to MP Arundika.
Sandya Eknaligoda continue her struggle to find disappeared Prageeth as there is the only hope for her and the kids.
