I was attempted to enter into the Maradana police station as our friends who organized the Disappeared family members meeting were in side the police station to make a complain against the disturbances. However, one person who claimed as a IP of police who was at the gate did not allow us to enter saying enough crowd in side and when more people enter there will be conflict again. So we didnt want to disturb their duty and stayed out side the gate.
Hundreds of people were running for catch the train. I saw one gentleman passed me and turn and came back to me. I could identified him as one of my super senior fellow from agriculture faculty. Now he is having a doctorate and a senior fellow in the agricuture department too. He congratulated to me and said, "We all are closely observe what you are doing through news papers and other media. They are so important today though we can not do them openly. You are taking serious risk and we do not have courage to do so. You have all our blessings. Please go ahead. It is not only me. There are thousands of people like me are behind you."
I dont want to reveal his name for his job security and safety as this is not the only case of such incidents.
Last week end I got a phone call from one of my batch mate. He was with another 4 batch mates who had gone to visit another batch mate who is a kidney patient.
The batcha who took the phone call gave the phone to other batch mate. To make long story short the batch mate told me
"Machan we closely observe your work and we are proud of you and your work. We appreciate your commitment."
Thank you friends both of you.
