Good Bye Chandrika- We Love You !

Dear Chandrika, I have no words to express my sorrow, if it is true what I received news from Fr. Thomas Kocherry. What a trouble you took to take part the APRC meeting to be held in Mongolia. This is unbelievable Chandrika, how you leave us so early? We share all the sorrows with Chandrika's family, her beloved daughter in this difficult hour. But, I am thoroughly disturbed. I am writing this with tears in my eyes. It is a loss to small scale fishing communities all over the world. How many nations you served during this time period? How many communities you visited this time period as the general secretary of ICSF.? I am sure our friends all over the world will definitely miss you dear Chandrika. We were together during the time of Bangkok 4SSF conference. We were together at the follow up COFI Sessions to push IG-SSF. We were together at the two technical negotiations in May 2013 and February 2014 at FAO in the process of IG-SSF. However, we won't be together once we reach the ultimate goal of adoption of IG-SSF in COFI this year. What a great loss of this to all of us? we won't get your great services to our fishing communities any more. Chandrika, we wish this should not happen to any one like this.
