Bravo Nimalaka! Let us Fight even in the Year 2014

Year 2013 ended with an intervention of Nimalaka Fernando's Police complain at Cinnamon Gardens Police station against Hudson Samarasinghe, the chair Person of Government own radio station Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation. Hudsan Samarasinghe attempted to instigate against Dr. Nimalaka, one of the most prominent and Brave women HR defender in Sri Lanka today. Hudsan Samarasinghe lead commentator on SLBC radio program every day morning from 7.30 am till 10.00 am in hos two consecutive programs, one is "Rata Yana Atha" - The moving direction of the country. The HR defenders are the most hated group in the society today. The HRD are labelled as traitors, group who are working with western agenda against the country. In this program Hudson and his gang attempted to made others in the society to take actions to assassinate Nimalka through an accident or similar action/s. We attended to complain this incident at HR commission and also at IGP office at Fort where the Police Head quarters is situated. However, as a formality Nimalka needs to complain in his own police area for further action. Not a surprise and as we expected, the SLBC has said in the inquiry Hudson did not engage this and it is after his program. Also, there is no voice record available as the SLBC has erased the tape already. One of a demand in our complain to HR commission was to secure the voice record for our witness. But, we are ready with the record which was one of our colleague recorded for future purposes in the inquiry. So, we want to continue with this process as this is important for all the HR defenders for their future security against these lackeys of the MR regime. Herman
